Technology will definitely keep us on and off our feet...
The Footloose
a creation by Mando Corp and Meister Inc., this Korean marvel has features that
make one tear with appreciation. Footloose has been dubbed one of the world’s
first chainless hybrid electronic bikes. It will be made available in most of
the European markets from the beginning of the following year.
Features
include; reaching a distance of 29.934km using the motor provided and goes even
further once the motor runs out through pedaling. The motor is powered by the
user of the bike where energy is transformed into electricity by an alternator
connected to the crank. It makes use of a lithium-ion battery which powers the
engine. It monitors system problems which are presented on a display on a
handlebar-mounted dubbed the Human Machine
Interface (HMI). Making use of a Electronic
Control Unit (ECU), which comprises of sensors and an automatic gear
changer measures the terrain being travelled, which then adjusts the motor to the
required settings for proper delivery and output to deal with the current terrain
surroundings.
